Branden Williams
Co-Founder, President, The Beverly Hills Estates
If you were a fan of early aughts romantic comedies, you might have caught Williams in several scenes. The actor turned high-end agent and spec developer is on a roll with his latest act: making up one part of the duo leading The Beverly Hills Estates.
He and his scene partner Rayni Williams, who confirmed their separation as a couple in late 2024, make up the Williams & Williams Estate Group. The team counted $1.3 billion in sales across nearly 200 deals. That makes their team the driving force behind their brokerage’s combined production of $1.5 billion across a little over 300 transactions, according to TRD’s 2025 ranking.
Williams, born and raised in Los Angeles, graduated from Beverly Hills High School alongside stars such as Angelina Jolie. He would go on to appear in several movies and TV shows of the early 2000s, including “Never Been Kissed” and “Can’t Hardly Wait.” While he and Rayni spent a decade at Hilton & Hyland, the two struck out on their own in 2020 to start the Beverly Hills Estates, infusing their interests in all things luxury into a Sunset Boulevard social club with plush booth seating and coffee and smoothie bar. Now, the brokerage is expanding into the Pacific Palisades with its Palisades division as the community regains its footing and rebuilds.
He’s currently trying to sell a spec mansion he developed at 7661 Curson Terrace in the Hollywood Hills that’s asking $125 million.
