Nancy Almodovar

Chief Executive Officer

Almodovar launched Nan & Co. Properties from her kitchen table in 2014 to cater to the luxury market in Houston. It’s matured into one of Texas’ fastest-growing independent brokerages, now home to more than 200 agents statewide.

Almodovar began her career in real estate in 2007, initially working in both commercial and residential sectors. She quickly gained a reputation for executing complex, high-profile deals across Houston’s most prestigious neighborhoods, including River Oaks, Memorial and Tanglewood.

Her early success expanded through affiliation with Christie’s International Real Estate. That partnership helped connect the global brokerage to Houston’s energy industry powerhouses. But as Christie’s was gobbled up by @Properties and Compass, Almodovar moved her firm away from the mega-merger madness. She linked up with Forbes Global Properties in June, raising their first flag in Houston.

Almodovar has closed some of Houston’s most prestigious deals. She represented both buyer and seller in the more-than-$20 million sale of the landmark Hines estate. She also represented the buyer of the Del Monte property in River Oaks, purchased by plastic surgeon Dr. Jung, a close associate of Drake. On the seller’s side, she handled the sale of 4004 Inverness in River Oaks, which set Houston’s highest price per square foot in 2025.

The firm also represents major development projects, including Tiara on the Beach, a $170 million luxury condominium project in Galveston, as well as multiple single-family residential developments across the state.
