Jade Signature by Herzog & de Meuron Taps High-end Designers to Curate Collection of Turnkey Residences

The demand for fully furnished high-end homes continues to increase, with buyers paying top-dollar for turnkey residences.  Savvy consumers — New Yorkers, in particular — appreciate the sheer convenience of having everything (from the furniture to the finishes) be professionally designed and installed before they move in…a process that can often take months, if not longer.  

In Sunny Isles Beach, Florida, the critically lauded, oceanfront Jade Signature condominium — which was named by Dezeen magazine as one of the world’s top 10 high-rises for 2018 — is no exception.

The move is a direct response to this uptick in interest in turnkey homes among out-of-state and international end-users — especially New York-area buyers, who are not only looking to take advantage of the convenience of a designer-ready property, but capitalize on the incredible value offered within a well-sited building like Jade Signature.  South Florida’s tax-friendly climate, coupled with prices being one-third to one-half less of comparable luxury properties in New York, makes the opportunity a highly lucrative one.

Master Bedroom – Residence 1503

The residence by Meyer Davis is the North Sky Villa, No. 5305, priced at $13.99 million.  The one-of-a-kind, double-height retreat comprises five bedrooms and six and a half baths, spread throughout 6,513 square feet of interior space.  Adding to the home’s unmistakable appeal are its outdoor living room-like terraces, equating to an additional 1,407 square feet of space. Design highlights by the New York-based firm include a first-floor, galaxy-themed guest bedroom — outfitted with a celestial rug from Moooi and artwork above the bed depicting an eclipse — and an equestrian-themed queen bedroom on the second floor with linen wallcoverings as well as Hermés wallpaper in the bath.  

The residences by Brazilian designer Artefacto are No.’s 605 and 1503 –priced at $4.49 and $4.29 million respectively. The first, No. 605, which was designed in collaboration with Avant Design, has four bedrooms and five and a half baths, along with service quarters.  The home boasts 3,465 square feet of interior space, as well as an additional 881 square feet of terraces. Artefacto’s second home in Jade Signature, 1503, has three bedrooms, four and a half baths, and service quarters. The interior space measures 2,931 square feet while the outdoor terraces measure 890 square feet.  

Terrace – Sky Villa 5305

Created by Addison House, a Miami-based furniture and international design showroom, specializes in artfully coordinated pieces and stunning accessories for every environment. The 3,312 square foot residence No. 2605 offers 4 bedrooms, 5 and a half baths plus service quarters, as well as 674 square foot of terrace living space.   

The final one-of-a kind offering within the collection, being built-out by Italy-based Luxury Living Group, is slated for completion later this month. Price is available upon request for the 4,953 square foot, 5 bedroom residence that will feature luxe designer furnishings from around the world.
