A new website and custom CRM system powered by AI (Artificial intelligence)
In addition to joining the global MLS, Waterfront Properties is making a massive $1.5 million dollar investment in order to upgrade its website, listings engine, and CRM system.
This new website will include new features to improve page speed (especially on mobile). Search engine optimization (SEO), accessibility (ADA / American With Disabilities Act) compliance, GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) compliance, and a translation engine that will allow their listings and content to be translated into over 150 languages.
On the backend CRM system, Waterfront Agents will get a brand new CRM system that leverages automation and AI (artificial intelligence) including a brand new AI Robot named REWPert that will help agents follow up faster and more efficiently to the growing demand for luxury properties in Jupiter and the rest of Southeast Florida).
