➤ Cushman & Wakefield has promoted Dallas executive Woody Stone to a national role.

Stone was the executive managing director for Cushman’s Dallas office for 14 years, and will now serve as president of U.S. multifamily asset services for the company following the retirement of former president Rick Graf after 48 years.

Prior to joining Cushman, Stone was executive vice president, eastern division for Dallas-based Pinnacle Property Management Services. He will remain in Dallas in his new role, but will now oversee all aspects of the company’s growth and assets for institutional clients across multiple states.

“Rick has set the bar for success in multifamily management very high,” said Marla Maloney, president of Americas Services at Cushman & Wakefield, to whom Stone will report. “He was a steady-handed leader during the pandemic and led his team to accelerate many new measures.”

The company recently made new additions to its Sunbelt Multifamily Team, which has overseen $13.8 billion in sales volume across multiple Sunbelt states, especially Texas.

It also recently appointed Kenneth Levenson to the role of managing director, overseeing the company’s valuation and advisory services across Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas.

➤ Crescent Real Estate has announced three executive promotions for senior positions in their leadership team. Andrew Lombardi, Noelle Garsek, and Mark Cox have been named the new chief financial officer, general counsel, and senior vice president for finance, respectively.

Andrew Lombardi was an attorney and worked in business law before joining Crescent in 2010 as asset management counsel. He was eventually promoted to corporate counsel, and was most recently general counsel, as well as serving as the firm’s chief compliance officer in 2020.

“Andrew has been instrumental in all aspects of our business and has a strong background in accounting and finance,” Crescent co-CEO Jason Anderson said. “He is well positioned for this new role.”

Garsek joined Crescent in 2019 in the role of senior counsel after working closely with Crescent as outside counsel. She has 20 years of experience as a transactional real estate attorney.

Cox joined Crescent in 2004 as director of financial accounting, having previously served as director of financial reporting for Comtel Telecom Assets L.Pl., formerly known as VarTec Telecom.

➤ Dallas-based firm Weitzman Group has brought on Ben Terry for the role of director of portfolio leasing for its Dallas-Fort Worth office, where he will supervise the leasing team on project representation for retail properties across the metro.

He will also be working directly with the marketing team to attract tenants, and oversee associate recruitment and training. Prior to joining Weitzman, Terry served as director of real estate in Southern California for New York-based firm Kimco, and before that, as vice president for retail brokerage at California-based Coreland Properties.

“Weitzman’s North Texas portfolio and our leasing team will greatly benefit from a professional with Ben’s depth of retail experience,” said Marshall Mills, president and CEO of Weitzman. “Few professionals in our business can offer the professionalism and the track record that Ben has with retail brokerage.”
