Partners Real Estate, one of Houston’s major independent commercial firms, has secured a big gig in the city.

The firm’s Investor Services platform has been tapped to provide office leasing services for 2200 West South Loop, a 200,000-square-foot, Class A office building, 2200 West Loop South, in the highly sought-after West Loop/Galleria submarket.

This news comes as Partners aims to invest more into its Investor Services platform, which provides in-house project management, leasing and construction services to clients, and a recent rebrand.

The company also recently announced several new appointments to its office team.

The office building has 10 stories and is about 30 minutes from the William P. Hobby Airport in Houston. A nearby office, 2100 West Loop South, was recently acquired by Level X Group

“Winning the leasing assignment for one of the Galleria’s most prestigious properties underscores the tenacity of our team in bringing and closing deals, as well as the depth of our one-stop-shop service offering,” Jennifer Clendening, senior vice president of Partners’ Investor Services, stated in the release.
