Recent new hires for Colliers, KAI Enterprises, HLC

➤ Houston-based Partners Real Estate named Jerod Hangartner as managing director of its DFW office.
The firm opened a new office in Dallas last week.

Hangartner, a native Texan who joined Partners from Los Angeles-based Entrada Partners, will oversee brokerage services and brings 15 years of experience in asset management, portfolio management, leasing and brokerage services.

➤ Daniel Taylor of Colliers International Group has been promoted to executive managing director of the Texas region.

Having joined Colliers in 2020 from another managing director position, at CBRE, Taylor will oversee all brokerage operations in key Texas markets, particularly brokerage recruitment and new business development in Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin and Central Texas.

Taylor has over 20 years of industry experience, and his tenure at Colliers is notable for several strategic new hires, revenue growth and increased market share.

➤KAI Enterprises appointed Kate Pertzsch as senior interior designer at its Dallas-Fort Worth office.

Pertzsch previously was a senior project manager for Dallas-based Entos Design and the owner of Sogndal Design Studio in Dallas.

She will work closely with the recently appointed senior project manager for the Dallas-Fort Worth office, James Lawrence.

➤ Holt Lunsford Commercial appointed a senior vice president to lead its office initiatives in Dallas.

Chase Stone will oversee project leasing and business development for the firm’s office portfolio in Dallas. Stone previously worked for Dallas-based Cawley Partners.

HLC recently brokered the sale of a 152,000-square-foot industrial park near the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.
