A homebuilder that sold one of Houston’s most expensive homes in 2025 just sold another project to rival it.
Houston-based Levant Luxury Homes sold the 12,145-square-foot home at 9010 Memorial Drive in Houston on Tuesday to Dan and Susan Boggio, public records show. The final sales price is undisclosed, but the seller asked $10.5 million at the time, amounting to about $864 per square foot.
Built in 2025, the six-bedroom, 10-bathroom home occupies an acre lot girded by an eight-foot stone wall in the Bayou Woods, an upscale subdivision within the Memorial Villages area. Other features of the property include a four-car garage and upstairs terraces overlooking the pool.
Dan Boggio, a licensed architect, is the executive chairman of Houston-based PBK Architects.
Compass agent Nasseim Saad, listed on the Levant Luxury Homes website as COO of the company, had the listing.
“Bayou Woods is a very prominent neighborhood. The elite of Houston live inside of this small pocket,” Saad said. “You have your great school district. You have 24-hour security. It’s a very, very small pocket.”
The first single-family home to sell for more than $20 million in Houston, a 26,600-square-foot home at 120 Carnarvon Drive sold in 2022 by insurance executive Stephen Way, is also in the Bayou Woods subdivision.
Last year, another Levant project down the road at 11264 Memorial Drive ranked fifth on the list of Houston’s top 10 most expensive residential sales. The six-bedroom, nine-bathroom home initially listed for $12 million but dropped its price to $10 million, or about $815 per square foot for the 12,200-square-foot home, before it sold to Dani Bidros and Shaghayegh Nikkhah.
The metro’s most expensive residential sale of the year was a home at 2110 River Oaks Boulevard that asked $19 million when it sold.
Levant Luxury listed the home at 9010 Memorial Drive for $10.5 million in June 2025, removed the listing in November and relisted it for the same price in December, according to Redfin.
