He joined JVP in January from Vornado Realty Trust, where he was responsible for leasing the Penn District and Moynihan Train Hall, according to a press release. Hogan was also tasked with a 2.4 million-square-foot portfolio spanning Times Square, Madison Avenue and Fifth Avenue, where he helped persuade mainstays like Prada and Rolex to stay in their flagship stores as chairman of the Fifth Avenue Association.

At The Mix, a 112-acre development at the intersection of Lebanon Road and Dallas Parkway in Frisco, Hogan will lead leasing for the complex’s 2 million square feet of office space and 375,000 square feet of retail, the press release states.
