➤ Realty Austin, one of the city’s largest residential real estate firms, has found its first CEO in Gabe Richter.
Head of technology at the firm since 2018, Richter led the development team that went on to implement Realty Austin’s expansion brand, Realty San Antonio.

The company is establishing its leadership as it continues to expand its services.

“Gabe Richter’s pragmatic and sensible approach, combined with his market experience and knowledge in the real estate tech space makes for a solid decision,” said Realty Austin co-owner Yvette Flores, who will continue to play an active role in the company alongside fellow owner Jonathan Boatwright.
Realty Austin also appointed Jolene Weinstein as senior vice president of sales, Penelope Kemper as president of finance and human resources, Amanda Dudley as vice president of talent selection, and Kara Jones as vice president of marketing.
Realty Austin generates about $5.5 billion in sales annually and has over 250 employees statewide, according to a news release.
