Stream Realty’s renovated office tower is becoming a popular North Dallas leasing destination.
Twelve companies have signed on to occupy more than 90,000 square feet of the Pinnacle Tower, which totals 549,000 square feet.
Having undergone $10 million renovations in 2018, the Class A office building at 5005 Lyndon B. Johnson Freeway includes high-end amenities that companies relocating to the area want.
“Companies across the nation are looking for the best possible office experience for their employees in the most centralized location, reducing commute times and resulting in happier employees,” said Chase Lopez, vice president at Stream Realty.
The flock of new businesses looking to make DFW their home has pushed the market into national metrics within just the last year.
Amenities like parks, restaurants and high-end office space help companies attract employees and compel them to stay in the office.
The Pinnacle Tower includes a fitness center, sundry shop, coffee bar, tenant lounge, on-site restaurant and conference room with seating for up to 300 people, according to a media release.
Exterior lighting, outdoor walking areas and outdoor patio are also among the amenities. The building is adjacent to the Dallas North Tollway and Interstate 635, offering visibility and accessibility to restaurants and hotels, and it’s about 20 minutes from Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport.
New tenants include Huselton, Morgan & Maultsby, USAA Real Estate and Haynes and Boone, and the new leases are expected to generate over $22 million for Stream.
The firm has another high-end office project under development in Austin, another market setting a hot pace for offices.
