Bradford Commercial Real Estate has been on a roll with leases in Dallas.
It has secured six new leases and two renewals for the Switzer Business Park, a 123,000-square-foot industrial park located at 10840 Switzer Avenue in the Northeast Dallas/Garland submarket. The submarket has proven to be a hub for industrial investment this year.
The total amount of space leased clocked in at 19,720 square feet, according to a media release. The largest consisted of an additional 6,730 square feet taken by a renewed tenant, Transcend Stem Education.
Other tenants include Dallas-based One Stop Junk Hauling & Moving and L&A Clothing, which each committed to 1,890-square-foot suites. Signature Designs Inc. leased 3,150 feet. Texas Christian Homeschool Prom Inc. and T&G Renovations leased 1,890 feet. Pureous Products was renewed, while another new tenant, Hasu & Co. Homes, signed on with 1,320 feet.
Many new industrial projects are still underway in the Dallas-Fort Worth area as companies flock to the region in search of space, but there are signs that the market is beginning to become overloaded and may soon be at risk.
Bradford Commercial Real Estate also achieved 100 percent occupancy recently with its Highland Park office building.
