White Rock Lake modern hits market for $16M

Central Dallas manse on more than 3 acres with lake views

It’s like a mini ranch in the middle of Dallas.

A modern home on 3.62 acres with panoramic views of White Rock Lake just hit the market for $15.8 million.

The five-bedroom house at 4321 West Lawther Drive comprises a little over 9,000 square feet and is being offered for about $1,728 per square foot.

It was built in 2017 by Rosewood Custom Builders and was designed by Maestri Studio.

Listing agent Frada Sandler of Dave Perry Miller didn’t respond to a request for comment.

The home’s owner is prominent Dallas personal injury lawyer Bryan Fears, along with Megan Fears, according to Dallas Central Appraisal District.

The Fears Nachawati Law Firm rebranded to Nachawati Law Group in October after an apparent split from Fears, who started his own firm, Fears Law, according to his LinkedIn profile.

The home on Lawther, listed last week, is the most-expensive home listing in Texas this month, according to the Houston Association of Realtors.

“Outdoor amenities include a modern pool, cabana, guest house, workshop, stable and air conditioned eight-car garage,” the listing states.

The home is less than 10 miles from downtown Dallas, near the Lakewood neighborhood.

While luxury residential market trends are difficult to pin down, they seem to be going strong in Texas.

From November 2021 to October 2022, Texas home sales of $1 million or more jumped 17 percent from the same period a year prior, according to a report from Texas Realtors and the Texas Real Estate Research Center at Texas A&M University.

Texas did about $22.6 billion in luxury sales during that 12 month period.
