Carpenter & Co. is nearing the startline for a highly-anticipated hotel and condo development in Dallas’ Turtle Creek neighborhood.

Design work has been completed for the $750 million Four Seasons Hotel and condo tower at Turtle Creek Boulevard and Cedar Springs Road, and Carpenter expects to start construction by January, the Dallas Morning News reported

The tower, spanning 1.1 million square feet and rising 35 floors, is poised to become one of the largest developments in the fast-growing neighborhood, north of downtown. It’s slated for 233 hotel rooms, 118 residential units and an underground parking garage. Amenities will include two swimming pools, a 15,000-square-foot private club, three restaurants and several bars. Architect Pelli Clarke Pelli is the designer.

The Four Seasons is expected to open in fall 2027. With the design phase wrapped up, Carpenter is focused on financing, CEO Richard Friedman told the outlet.
