There’s no longer a need to speculate the whereabouts of Drake’s Houston-area ranch.

The rapper paid $15 million for the 313-acre Inn at Dos Brisas, a once iconic resort about 70 miles northwest of Houston, between Navasota and Brenham, the Houston Chronicle reported. That’s about $47,900 per acre.

The seller, Houston investor Douglas Bosch, listed the ranch a year ago and got the full asking price. Tonya Currie of Compass’ Lifestyle Ranch & Home Group division, had the listing.

An LLC linked to DreamCrew, an entertainment company co-founded by Drake, purchased the ranch in October, according to Washington County records.

The “Hotline Bling” rapper announced that he had bought a home in the area during his concert at Houston’s Toyota Center last September. A video posted by HipHopDX about a week later showed him riding around on a golf cart on what appeared to be an expansive Texas ranch, igniting rumors as to where his Houston digs were located.

Adding to speculation, he released the song “7969 Santa” last fall, with an outro mentioning “Chapel Hill,” which many believe refers to the Chappell Hill area near his new ranch.

The Inn at Dos Brisas features riding trails, a 60,000-square-foot indoor riding arena, an infinity pool, tennis courts, a spa, stocked ponds, a 42-acre organic farm, a 7,000-bottle wine cellar and a rose garden. The property also includes five Spanish-style haciendas and four casitas, spanning from 800 square feet to 1,800 square feet.

Bosch and his wife, Jennifer, bought the ranch in 2000 as a family retreat, before spending millions to transform it into a resort. The resort opened in 2003 and closed at the start of the pandemic in 2020, the outlet reported.

Luxury home sales, or those priced at $1 million and up, rose by 34 percent year-over-year in the Houston area last month. The metro saw 7,930 single-family home sales last month, up 10 percent from one year prior.
