Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp. buys Westchester shopping center

Ashkenazy Acquisition Corp. [AAC] has snapped up another Westchester County shopping center, the Westchester County Business Journal reported. The New York City-based real estate investment firm bought Ferndale Shopping Center in Larchmont for more than $35 million, according to the outlet. The news comes less than a month after the firm announced that it had purchased the Vernon Hills Shopping Center in Eastchester for more than $125 million. Tenants at Ferndale Shopping Center, which spans 83,923 square feet, include a Stop & Shop, a Gap and a CVS. [WBJ]
