Rihanna is reportedly in the market for a Hamptons getaway, either short-term or long-term.

The singer and fashion entrepreneur is looking to buy a home, but first wants to get a feel for the East End with a rental, according to the New York Post. The 32-year-old is a big fan of jet skiing and is specifically looking for something on the water.

“She doesn’t really have a budget, she just knows what she wants,” a source told the Post.

Rihanna picked a tough time to go shopping — the coronavirus pandemic sent droves of New Yorkers out East and competition has made for a tight summer rental market.

Rental listings doubled in March and April year-over-year, but wealthy prospective renters in particular are plunking down piles of cash to secure properties for the summer.

She was looking at an $800,000 summer rental of a 4,300-square-foot mansion in Sagaponack owned by Anthony and Melissa Blumberg, but missed out when they rented it to someone else. The home is on the market for $18.5 million. Anthony Blumberg pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit securities and wire fraud in 2018 and agreed to pay more than half a million dollars in fines.
