The home to see the biggest price cut today is an 11,300-square-foot
townhouse at 2 N. Moore Street in Tribeca, according to
Streeteasy.com. The price of the five-bedroom, seven-bath home was cut
by $4 million, and the six-floor townhouse is now on the market for $29
million. This is the home’s second price cut, and it is listed for 17 percent less than its original
asking price of $35 million when it first hit the market in April 2008.
The home has a separate apartment for staff and a screening room. The
Corcoran Group’s Deborah Grubman and Carol Cohen have the listing. TRD
