A penthouse in Dumbo sold for $8.1 million, making it the borough’s priciest single-family home sold in November.
The four-bedroom apartment is at Alloy Development’s 1 John Street. A second penthouse at the development also topped the list, selling for $5.7 million, according to data provided by PropertyShark. In Queens, a 3,700-square-foot house at 61 Greenway South sold for $2.8 million.
