The pad On Riverside Drive

The four-bedroom pad was listed in March for $3.9 million. Peter Cohen [TRDataCustom] of Halstead Property had the listing. The prior owners appear to have combined the units, PropertyShark data show. Bee and Jones had been renting in the neighborhood.

Their new pad, with windows facing south and east, has an eat-in kitchen, dining room, living room and media room. A bedroom wing is accessible via glass-paned French doors.
