In an office space shuffle, the Corcoran Group and Brown Harris Stevens are shifting locations of their Southampton outposts.

Corcoran will move to 24 Main Street — the office Brown Harris Stevens currently occupies — in the first quarter of 2020, the company said. Corcoran has been in its current office at 88 Main Street for more than 18 years.

The new location, which spans nearly 2,600 square feet, is an “opportunity to bring increased visibility for Corcoran properties,” Corcoran CEO Pamela Liebman said. The brokerage’s Southampton office has 84 agents.

Meanwhile, BHS will move into a bigger space — about 6,800 square feet at 39 Nugent Street — as it plans to expand its team. The location of the old Southampton Village Post Office will undergo a renovation, the brokerage said.

The sales slowdown that has plagued Manhattan’s luxury market seeped into the Hamptons this year. In the second quarter, transactions dipped nearly 13 percent, according to Douglas Elliman. That was the first year-over-year decline since 2016. At the same time, the median sales price slid 5.3 percent.
