The priciest Brooklyn residential home sale recorded in July was also the third priciest single-family home in the history of the borough, according to PropertyShark.

The three-story, 6,900-square-foot mansion at 17 Prospect Park West in Park Slope sold to Goodie Yags LLC for $12.4 million. The limestone home was built in 1899. The priciest townhouse ever sold in Brooklyn was a $15.5 million Cobble Hill property that traded earlier this summer.

The second priciest deal is also a Park Slope townhouse – a three-story, 4,540-square-foot property at 918 President Street that went for nearly $5 million.

Two more of Alloy Development’s five-building Dumbo Townhouses development have sold and made the list. The townhouses at 175 and 169 Water Street came in at No. 3 and 5, respectively, with sales of $4.8 million and $4.2 million. A month before, 173 Water Street sold for $4.5 million.

Rounding out the all-townhouse top five is another one of the breed. A five-story home at 319 4th Street in Park Slope changed hands for $4.7 million, making it the fourth priciest on the list.

QUEENS

Over in Queens, a two-story mansion at 6 Boulevard Drive in Malba sold for $3.7 million, making it the borough’s priciest residential home sale recorded in July, PropertyShark data show.

A two-story, detached home at 144-89 38th Avenue in a subsection of Flushing known as Murray Hill closed for $2.7 million.

Condominium units made the No. 3 and 5 slots – a three-bedroom at 541 47th Road in Long Island City ($2.1 million) and a penthouse at the Aston in Forest Hills ($2 million).

Charting in between the two condos, a two-story suburban home at 216 Greenway North in Forest Hills Gardens sold for $2.05 million.
