Three homes in Lincoln Park made the list of the five priciest residential sales in Chicago this week. The trio was divided up into a condo unit, a single-family home and a three-flat. The top-floor condo was the priciest of the lot.

But the residential sale that took the overall top spot on this week’s list was also a flip. The three-bedroom condo unit in the Hayden West Loop sold for $2.5 million.

The total of $9.9 million for all five was slightly below the previous week’s $12.7 million total. Maybe that can be blamed on the runup to Thanksgiving and the inevitable tryptophan overload?

Price and property details were found using Redfin, from Nov. 22 to Nov. 29.
