This ranking shows which residential agents and teams sold the most volume in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens in 2022.
The source data for this ranking comes from the city’s ACRIS database, including transactions recorded in the year 2022 in the three boroughs studied, and cross-referenced with listings from MLSs and brokerage websites. The data was vetted with the brokerages. Off-market deals were not counted.
TRD searched the top 50 agents to see if they belonged to a team and then credited the team for the deals closed by all of the agents that represented them.
The dataset includes rankings for resales and new development and includes each agent/team’s total volume, deal count and contact information. The set also includes details on all 48,821 deals examined.
