The 7,100-square-foot single-story home was built in 1940 and has amenities including a media room, a library and a spa, according to the Los Angeles Times. It was on the market last year for up to $17.5 million.
Levine bought the house for $4.83 million five years ago through a trust. He just listed his other home in Bel-Air for $18.9 million.
