Oh look, another celebrity couple taking a swing at home-flipping!

Hollywood couple Ali Larter and Hayes MacArthur dropped $3.9 million to acquire a dated, ranch-style home at Haldeman Avenue in Santa Monica, Variety reported.

The 3,500-square-foot pad currently houses five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Plenty of of wood paneling, carpeting and retro-looking curtains can be found inside the estate, giving good reason to believe the couple may have taken on the residence as a fixer-upper. Plus, marketing materials describe the 1922-built home as a “fixer/development opportunity.”

Santiago Arana of the Agency had the listing. Frank Langen of Deasy Penner & Partners represented the buyers.

Larter has appeared on a variety of flicks, including crime-thriller “Obsessed” and the “Resident Evil” franchise series. Her husband MacArthur is a stand-up comedian and actor, currently starring on TBS comedy series “Angie Tribeca.” The two formerly owned a three-story residence in Nichols Canyon, which sold in May 2016 for just north of $4 million.
