The Agency co-founder Mauricio Umansky and his wife, Kyle Richards of “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” are asking $6.9 million for their family home in Bel Air, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Spanning roughly 6,230 square feet, the two-story house includes seven bedrooms, seven-and-a-half bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, home theater and wet bar. An expansive, landscaped backyard features a swimming pool, a spa, sports court and a putting green.

It is also listed for rent at $50,000 per month. The Agency’s Farrah Aldjufrie, Richards’ daughter, has the listing.

The pair purchased the home in 2011 for $3.05 million, records show. They recently paid $8.25 million to acquire “the Smokey Robinson Estate” in Encino.

Umansky co-founded the brokerage along with Billy Rose in 2011. Richards is best known for her role in the hit Bravo reality series, but has since ventured into scripted TV. She’s been filming her new series, “American Woman,” based on her own experiences growing up in Hollywood, which is slated to premiere early 2018. [LAT] – Natalie Hoberman
