Dennis Quaid pays $3.9M for Brentwood Hills home

Residence has five bedrooms and spans more than 4,100 square feet

Dennis Quaid has snagged a pad in Brentwood Hills for $3.9 million.

The house contains five bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms across more than 4,100 square feet, while the backyard includes a lengthy swimming pool and a built-in grilling station, Variety reported.

Quaid also owns a 6,100-square-foot home in Pacific Palisades, which he bought in 2013 for $5.1 million, and he previously owned a mansion in Austin and a 418-acre spread in Montana. The actor is scheduled to play President George W. Bush in a 2018 season of “American Crime Story.”
