Bruce Willis is buying in Brentwood.

The actor and his wife, Emma Heming, paid $9.8 million for a 13,000-square-foot home in the Westside neighborhood, according to Variety.

The home has seven bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, a double-height entryway, home theater room, and spa. The first floor has an outdoor patio that leads to the backyard, with a pool and hot tub. An outdoor deck also runs the length of the second floor overlooking the backyard.

Willis has an evolving portfolio of real estate in the Los Angeles area and beyond. He’s owned homes in Malibu’s Cove Colony, and he and Heming own a high-end condominium in Westwood’s Carlyle Residences tower.

In 2016, Willis offloaded 35.45 acres of property off Mulholland Drive in eight lots, for $6 million total.

He also owns property in New York.

In January, he listed an estate in the town of Bedford for $13 million. Last year, he sold a co-op unit on Central Park West in Manhattan, and he and Heming bought a 3,000-square-foot condominium nearby for $8 million. [Variety]Dennis Lynch
