Hollywood’s highest paid actor threw down big bucks for a Beverly Hills estate.

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson paid actor Paul Reiser $27.8 million for a four-acre compound in the Beverly Park section, according to Dirt.

The Beverly Park Terrace property has a 15,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style mansion built in 1993. The home has six bedrooms and 11.5 bathrooms. There is also a detached 2,500-square-foot guesthouse on the property.

The sale was an off-market deal, although Reiser — who starred in “Mad About You” — briefly listed the property earlier this year with a $30 million price tag, according to the report.

Johnson is the third owner. Reiser bought the property off its first owner, Van Halen drummer Alex Van Halen. Amenities include a gym, movie theater, music studio and an indoor pool. Out back there is another swimming pool, a full-size tennis court, and a baseball field with adequate room to shag fly balls.

The neighborhood is popular with celebrities looking for privacy and lavish digs. Justin Bieber and Hailey Baldwin recently paid $26 million for a mansion there. “Modern Family” star Sofia Vergara and her husband Joe Manganiello paid the same amount for a 2-acre property in the neighborhood.

Beverly Park is also home to Villa Firenze, the massive estate that recently sold at auction for about $60 million.

Johnson gained fame as a professional wrestler before embarking on a wildly successful Hollywood career. In August, Forbes named him the highest-paid actor for the second year in a row. A recent poll also found that 46 percent of Americans would support his bid for president.
