Josh and Heather Altman, the power brokers who star on the series “Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles,” just bought a luxury waterfront home 44 miles south of town.

The reality TV couple bought a five-bedroom waterfront house in a mystery location in Newport Beach, in Orange County, BravoTV.com reported.

“I’m super excited we are closing escrow in a couple [of] weeks on a new purchase in Newport, on the water,” Heather told Bravo. “I’ll be remodeling that over the next year and making that, eventually, one day, our full-time residence.”

The Altman Brothers, where Heather works as CEO, expanded to Orange County in 2020.

It was a new hire for the show that had found the house, Heather Altman said. One of the new agents passed out handwritten notes in two neighborhoods they were interested in, and got a call back from a client whose house has never been on the market.

“He just got to them at the right time, and we were able to strike up a deal, and he represented us. We close in a couple of weeks,” Heather Altman said.

During Season 14 of “Million Dollar Listing L.A.,” viewers watched as Josh and Heather Altman debated whether to sell the 15,000-square-foot Bel-Air estate they bought last spring for $6.1 million.

More recently, the couple decided they are “keeping [the] house” for the foreseeable future while they renovate the new Orange County home.

In August 2021, the Altmans put their 6,500-square-foot home in Beverly Hills Flats for sale at $12 million. They bought the home in 2018 and then renovated the then-80-year-old place.

Josh and Heather Altman have wheeled and dealed as West Coast real estate agents on the 16-year-old Bravo TV show – even getting married on set in 2016.

Heather, who has sold real estate since she was 16 years old, was poised to hit $100 million in sales in 2021, while Josh Altman and his brother Matt topped $1 billion in sales in the third quarter that year.
