Jennifer Lopez and husband Ben Affleck have trouble closing real estate deals.

The A-list newlyweds have canceled escrow on a $64 million estate at 1678 Alta Mura Road in the Pacific Palisades, soon after they walked away from a $34.5 million mansion at 14330 West Sunset Boulevard, TMZ reported, citing unidentified sources.

And that doesn’t include the $55 million Bel-Air estate they were set to buy in April, which also fell through.

It’s unclear why they’ve pulled the plug on the latest property, a 16,000-square-foot estate on more than an acre, owned by Michael Milken’s son Gregory.

Married six months ago, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have gone on a dancefloor of dizzying real estate deals. The blended family has five children.

Not to waste more time, Lopez was seen pounding the pavement last weekend, cruising a palatial estate in Holmby Hills.

They’re now looking at buying a two-story white brick mansion at 10250 West Sunset Boulevard, in Holmby Hills, according to TMZ. The home, owned by the wife of the late Max Azria, founder of fashion house BCBG, seeks $65 million.

In April, the couple were looking to buy the same 29,100-square-foot estate for $72 million, according to a TMZ photo. It listed for as much as $85 million in July 2021, then fell to $75 million in January of last year.

The 60-room mansion, owned by fashion designer Lubov Azria, sits on 2.8 acres and includes 17 bedrooms and 25 baths.

The Holmby Hills property, known for years as Maison du Soleil, was built in 1939 by architect Paul R. Williams for “Amos ‘n’ Andy” star Charles Correll for $70,000, according to the Hollywood Reporter.

Academy Award-winning writer, producer and novelist Sidney Sheldon, creator of the I Dream of Jeannie” TV series, bought the estate in 1978 and is said to have doubled the size of the house.

The Azrias bought it in 2005 for $14.4 million, then spent $30 million “gut-renovating the house,” according to the Wall Street Journal.

The main house also has secret doorways and a gold-domed poker room, while the grounds include a tennis court, waterfalls, Japanese garden and Moroccan bathhouse. There’s also a 6,000-square-foot building with a theater and “gold ceiling dome library.”

It’s not clear if Lopez and Affleck have made an offer on the Georgian Colonial estate.
