Six months after he paid Sylvester Stallone $17.2 million for a 2.3-acre estate in Hidden Hills, John Fogerty wants to flip it for $21.5 million.

The former frontman for Creedence Clearwater Revival behind such hits as “Proud Mary” and “Down on the Corner” has listed his 10,500-square-foot corner at 24304 Hidden Valley Road, according to the Robb Report.

Fogarty bought the five-bedroom, eight-bathroom Hamptons-style mansion in October from the “Rambo” and “Rocky” star, who’d paid $18.15 million for the equestrian estate in February last year.

The ex-Stallone spread is among the most private properties in the gated west San Fernando Valley city, popular with celebrities.

While Fogerty has ratcheted up the price by $4.3 million since his purchase six months ago, it’s not clear he has enhanced the property. Robb Report noted that neither Fogerty or Stallone have made “any substantial alterations” on the premises during their short ownership stints.

Set at the end of a cul-de-sac, the Fogerty estate includes the gabled mansion, a guesthouse, pool house and a four-stall horse barn, tack room and private riding arena.

The two-story white-shingled house, built in 2014, includes a double-door entry that opens into a soaring foyer with a staircase and balcony. It has an eat-in gourmet kitchen with a center island, which flows into a living room with vaulted and beamed ceilings.

There’s a home theater, a mirrored gym and a wine cellar with a tasting room.

Upstairs, a large master bedroom has two walk-in closets and a bathroom with a steam shower and a soaking tub. A private balcony overlooks a large backyard with a pool and spa, cabana and outdoor kitchen.

The property contains a greenhouse, vegetable garden, 100 citrus and avocado trees and a koi pond.

Jordan Cohen of RE/MAX One holds the listing.

The estate was initially sold for $7.8 million to Margie Keyes, the Australian-born ex-wife of Keyes Auto Group owner Howard Keyes.

Fogerty and his longtime wife, Julie, own a 20-acre ranch in Hidden Valley, south of Thousand Oaks, which listed early this year for $20 million before it was pulled from the market. Last fall, he celebrated winning back his global music catalog of 50 years.

In 2021, the “Travelin’ Band” singer sold a 9,000-square-foot mansion and a smaller home in Encino for $8 million.

Stallone, 76, and his wife, Jennifer Flavin, have left for Florida, where they bought a 10,500-square-foot mansion in Palm Beach for $35.4 million.
