Jessica Alba has found a buyer for her Oak Pass Road estate.
The actress and Honest Company co-founder’s home at 9540 Oak Pass Road in Beverly Hills Post Office went into contract last week with an asking price of just under $19 million.
Westside Estate Agency’s Kurt Rappaport holds the listing, which went on the market in late April.
Alba’s property is located behind the gates of the exclusive Oak Pass Road community, which has a celebrity-heavy roster of current and former residents, including Channing Tatum, Demi Moore, Mark Wahlberg, Jon Voight and Lisa Vanderpump.
The traditional-style home sits on nearly 2 acres. It is 8,829 square feet and has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms.
Indoors, there’s a two-story entry, formal dining room and primary suite with a sitting room and fireplace. Outdoors, the property boasts a pool and a cabana.
The property topped the list of L.A. County homes that went into contract last week, according to a report from Douglas Elliman’s Eklund Gomes team.
The Eklund Weekly Luxury Report Los Angeles is a roundup of properties listed for at least $4 million in the Multiple Listing Service.
After the Oak Pass Road home, the next-largest signed contract based on listing price was 314 North Barrington Avenue in Brentwood.
The five-bed, eight-bath home is listed for just under $14 million. The ultra-private, 8,500-square-foot property is set behind hedges and gates.
A trust tied to Brent A. Stratton is the seller, according to property records. Michelle Barrett of Compass holds the listing.
Highlights include a rooftop deck that looks out to the Getty Museum, floor-to-ceiling windows, a 40-foot pool, putting green, cabana, theater, sports court and primary suite with its own lounge and office spaces.
A total of 15 homes went into contract in Los Angeles County last week, according to the Eklund Weekly Luxury Report Los Angeles. That equates to $111.9 million in asking dollar volume, which was nearly flat from the year-ago period and down 17 percent from the previous week.
