Rob Lowe and his wife Sheryl Berkoff struck a deal to sell their Beverly Hills home this week after trying their hand with different listing agents and price points.

The “St. Elmo’s Fire” and “West Wing” actor, along with Berkoff, sold the 1950-built residence at a discounted $4 million, or $1,347 per square foot in a deal that closed Thursday.

Lowe and Berkoff originally placed the home on the market last July, asking $6.6 million, or $2,214 per square foot. The price was reduced a few times since then and was adjusted to an ask of $4.2 million in September.

Nourmand & Associates Rochelle Maize represented the mystery buyer and declined to provide details on her client.

Lori Harris and Brock Harris of Keller Williams Realty Los Feliz and Carolwood Estates Shana Tavangarian represented the sellers in the sale. Lori Harris and Carolwood declined to comment on the deal.

A trust tied to Berkoff paid $3.8 million, or $1,263 per square foot for the home in 2020, according to property records. That was around the time the couple sold their Montecito estate for $45.5 million, about two years after relisting the property. They sold that home to RoundTable Health Care Partners co-founder Jack McGinley and his wife Julie.

The two-level Beverly Hills home has three bedrooms and five bathrooms across nearly 3,000 square feet. Set behind gates, the residence is perched at the top of Franklin Canyon with privacy provided by hedges. The home features oak floors, vaulted ceilings, a kitchen with high-end appliances, wet bar and gym that could also serve as an additional bedroom, according to the listing. Outdoors, are two patios, a pool and putting green.

The home was upgraded to include an alkaline water filtration system and an HVAC with a HEPA filter.

It’s also minutes from the Beverly Hills Hotel and Rodeo Drive.
