Trump says now is best time to buy

Promoting his new book, “Think Like a Champion,” Donald Trump appeared on CNBC last week and talked about the real estate market. Trump said this is the best opportunity he’s ever seen for people to buy real estate. He urged potential buyers to go directly to the bank and ask to buy a foreclosed home. The bank will provide financing, but only in those cases, he said. Trump also talked about the Bernie Madoff scandal and his view that Madoff’s family was aware of everything Madoff did as he did it.
