The Heat effect: investor buys 3 retail condos near AA Arena
The retail properties are across the street from the AAA
Less than 30 days after the Miami Heat signed all-stars LeBron James,
Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh, an investor has purchased three contiguous
retail condos in Marina Blue, which is just across the street from the
American Airlines Arena. Sunny Isles Beach investor Sergey Novov paid
$2.1 million for 5,100 square feet of ground-floor retail space,
according to the latest report from Condo Vultures. Industry watchers
said the space likely will become a restaurant and bar, with possibly a
