Trump Hollywood gets new manager

Trump Hollywood has a new property manager, brought on last month in “an effort to reduce association expenses” and enhance “communication and satisfaction with condominium owners,” A|P Management announced today. Sales have been slow at the 200-unit project, a joint venture of the Related Group and Donald Trump, with just over 10 percent of the apartments closed thus far. Earlier this month, Related head Jorge Perez was said to be struggling to negotiate an agreement with a group of lenders that would allow him to cut prices. A|P Management is also new the property manager at Ten Aragon Condominium, a mixed-use property in Coral Gables. TRD
