Brickell Bay Office Tower leases 37,000 SF

Brickell Bay Office Tower announced that it has finalized more than
37,000 square feet of new leases, both office and retail, meaning the tower has now
reached 91 percent occupancy. The building reached deals with Vector
Global Wealth Management, Lustrous Metals, the British Consulate, 1st
United Bank, law firm Cantor & Webb and bakery chain Au Bon Pain.
The transactions total 37,576 square feet, and the tower’s 91 percent
occupancy rate is now significantly higher than the downtown
Miami/Brickell submarket’s rate of approximately 78 percent, according
to the building. The building closed
70,000 square feet in leases
last year.
