Developer seeks approval for $70M Broward high-rise

A 100-unit mixed-use development went before the Fort Lauderdale planning and zoning board this week.

Premier Riva’s $70 million Riva Residences would be built on 15,000 square feet at 1180 North Federal Highway. The project would be a redevelopment of a vacant hotel on two acres, according to published reports.
