Chad Oppenheim, @chadoppenheim
Chad Oppenheim, principal and lead designer of Oppenheim Architecture, is known for his sleek designs in his professional life and on Instagram. He regularly posts alluring architectural photos, shots of his playgrounds – Harbour Beach, Bahamas; New York City; and Miami – and his family. The architect is working on Ten Museum Park and the massive Metropica development in Sunrise.
Ugo Colombo, @ugocc
One of Miami’s most powerful developers has an outdoorsy side. Ugo Colombo’s Instagram is full of nature shots from locales like the mountains of Colorado, the green valleys of Iceland and the towering Corinth Canal in Greece. Around the same time news broke about Colombo’s firm CMC Group acquiring an office condo building in Coconut Grove for a cool $9.6 million, he posted a picture of himself dirt biking through Pearl Pass in Colorado.
Tomi Rose, @tomiroseone
Most recently known for her role in the sale of LeBron James’ Coconut Grove mansion, Tomi Rose posts often with her family and friends – including her husband, former Miami Heat player Mark Strickland. The senior vice president of the sports and entertainment division at Opulence International Realty shows her stylish side on Instagram.
Chad Carroll, @chadcarroll
This Douglas Elliman agent of “Million Dollar Listing: Miami” fame has an Instagram account full of ritzy waterfront palaces, expensive cars and luxurious getaways. The vast majority of Chad Carroll’s photos are stylized shots of his listings, though he does appear in a handful of posts — usually in some tropical paradise with his wife Jen Stone (who also happens to be a luxury Realtor).
