Colombian singer Shakira asks $11.6M for mansion in Miami Beach

The recording artist paid $3.3 million in 2003 for the 20,726-square-foot waterfront residence at 3140 North Bay Road

Colombian recording artist Shakira re-listed her waterfront mansion in Miami Beach for sale with an asking price of $11.6 million.

She paid $3.3 million in 2003 for the Miami Beach residence at 3140 North Bay Road, which has six bedrooms and seven and a half bathrooms. It’s been on and off the market since 2013.

The 20,726-square-foot property has more than 100 feet of frontage on Biscayne Bay, and its interior features include a hookah lounge and wood flooring imported from Spain.

The listing for the mansion is shared by Shakira’s brother, Antonio Mebarak, and Ana Lourdes Martinez, both agents of brokerage firm Douglas Elliman.

Shakira previously had listed the mansion for sale in 2014.
