Luxury homebuilder Courchene Development Corp. sold a waterfront Jupiter spec home for $9.1 million.
Records show Courchene sold the house at 135 Quayside Drive to Mark E. and Biricim Miller. Paul Courchene, president of Courchene, signed on behalf of the Boca Raton-based firm.
Mark Miller is a board member and former president and CEO of Miller Environmental Group, a Calverton, New York-based environmental services company, according to his Linkedin page.
The homebuilder purchased the property in 2018 for $2.9 million. Property records show Courchene started construction on the existing home that year, and completed it in 2020.
The 7,017-square-foot house was listed in April 2019 for $9 million. The price dropped to $8.9 million the following month. Thomas Frankel of Admirals Cove Realty brokered the sale, according to Realtor.com.
The house features five bedrooms, six bathrooms and two half-bathrooms. The property spans roughly half an acre of land and has 200 feet of water frontage and a private dock, according to the listing.
Last month in Jupiter, a waterfront home in the Admirals Cove community sold for $6.5 million, and retired professional golfer Greg Norman sold his estate for $60 million.
