A healthcare investor bought a waterfront mansion in Highland Beach for $21.6 million.
Records show Eric D. Moskow, as trustee of The Eric D. Moskow Trust, purchased the home at 3715 South Ocean Boulevard from David Alan and Shannon Rae Willens.
Moskow formerly founded and led Accuity Delivery Systems, a healthcare-related business based in Las Vegas, according to the company’s website.
David Alan Willens co-founded and is vice-chairman of Boca Raton-based Sage Dental Management Services, a dental company with operations in Florida and Georgia, according to his LinkedIn.
Palm Beach County property records show David Alan Willens and Megan A. Willens bought the property for $125,000 in 2011. David Alan Willens became the sole owner in 2014.
Willens demolished a home on the site in 2013 and began building a new mansion, according to records. It was completed in 2018.
The house was listed at the start of 2019 with an asking price of $27.5 million, according to Compass. The house was most recently asking $22.5 million in November 2019. Joseph G. Liguori, Carmen N. D’Angelo, Jr. and Gerard P. Liguori of Premier Estate Properties had the listing.
The 10,916-square-foot mansion has six bedrooms and seven full bathrooms, according to records. It also has two garages with room for eight cars and 120 feet of water frontage, according to the listing.
