The developer of a boutique townhouse project in Hollywood hired Douglas Elliman to lead sales and marketing of the waterfront project.
Elliman marks the third brokerage to take over sales of the 10-unit development at 2800 North Ocean Drive, called Quint Hollywood Collection. Only one unit has been sold so far. A year ago, just prior to the pandemic, JQ Group of Companies brought on Brown Harris Stevens Miami to lead sales. And in August of last year, had tapped former Elliman agent, Chad Carroll of Compass, to take over.
Miami-based developer JQ, led by founder and CEO Jésus Quintero, launched sales in May 2019. The townhomes each have three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms and are priced from $2.6 million to just over $3 million. They range from 3,100 square feet to 3,500 square feet.
Elliman agents Lourdes Alatriste and Miguel J. Solis will oversee sales. Mario Chirino and Fernando Rodriguez are also part of the new sales team.
Carroll represented the developer in the $2.5 million sale of a unit in December. Elliman agent Craig Chassen represented the buyer.
In a statement provided to The Real Deal, Carroll wished the project well and said that his team was “proud to have secured the only sale at the project since its launch, and to have presented multiple offers to the developer.”
Units feature 10-foot ceilings, terraces of up to 10-feet deep, two-car garages, glass enclosed elevators and custom finishes. The five-story units include rooftop decks with a summer kitchen and Jacuzzi.
The property also has a 12-slip marina that fits boats ranging in size from 55 feet to 100 feet long.
