Fashion designer Tommy Hilfiger and his wife, Dee Ocleppo Hilfiger, paid $9 million for a home in Palm Beach.

Property records filed last week show that Villa Deniz LLC, a company that the couple has used to buy South Florida homes in the past, acquired the three-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom house at 244 Fairview Road. The seller was a company managed by developer John Flynn.

Toni Hollis with Waterfront Properties & Club Communities represented the seller, and Christian Angle of Christian Angle Real Estate represented the buyer, according to Realtor.com.

The 4,970-square-foot house was recently completed, records show. The 0.3-acre property last sold for $2.3 million in 2018.

The Palm Beach Daily News reported that the couple intends to use the house while they renovate a larger, as-yet-undisclosed estate that they plan to buy.

Hilfger and Ocleppo sold their Palm Beach estate at 100 Casa Bendita for $35 million in 2018. They also own a waterfront mansion in Golden Beach, which was previously listed for $27.5 million.

In late 2019, Hilfiger and Dogus Group sold the Raleigh Hotel in Miami Beach to a partnership led by New York developer Michael Shvo for $103 million.
