The world’s No. 1 male golfer scored a hole in one with the sale of his Palm Beach Gardens estate, The Real Deal has learned.
Professional golfer Dustin Johnson closed on the sale of his 13,293-square-foot mansion at 15106 Palmwood Road for $16.5 million, according to the Multiple Listing Service. The buyer is unknown.
Johnson paid $5 million for the property in 2015 and renovated the waterfront estate, records show. It was built in 2009.
The property has seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a master suite with a balcony and fireplace, a separate two-bedroom guest house, and, fittingly, a putting and chipping green. It also features a 10-foot deep pool, an outdoor shower, and a boat ramp with a garage opening for jet skis and paddle boarding, according to the listing.
Miguel Rivera of Waterfront Properties & Club Communities represented Johnson, according to Realtor.com. Michelle Navin of the same brokerage represented the buyer. Neither could be reached for comment. Rob Thomson, managing partner of Waterfront Properties, said the deal came together about a month ago and the sale closed on Wednesday.
Johnson also owns a waterfront home in North Palm Beach that he acquired in late 2016, property records show. He’s been ranked as the top golfer since 2017.
