The daughter of Paraguayan businessman Aldo Zuccolillo sold an oceanfront plot of land in Golden Beach for $10.7 million.

A group of developers, including Treo Construction CEO Ricardo Halfen and SDH Studio architect Stephanie Halfen, purchased the property at 255 Ocean Boulevard, according to the buyers’ agent, Alan Eskenazi Bone of Miles Goldstein Real Estate.

The buyers plan to build a spec home of up to 15,000 square feet on the 0.65-acre lot, he said. The site has 100 feet of ocean frontage.

Records show a trust in the name of Lorena Zuccolillo sold the property. Zuccolillo’s father founded ABC Color, a newspaper in Paraguay, and had other business ventures including real estate.

A Zuccolillo-led entity acquired the Golden Beach property in 1992 from Turnberry Associates for $960,000, records show.

Golden Beach, the northeastern most town in Miami-Dade County, has attracted high-profile buyers.

Recently, violist David Aaron Carpenter and his family, violin dealers and art collectors Sean, Lauren and Grace Carpenter, purchased a waterfront home in Golden Beach for $5 million.

Earlier this year, a 1.5-acre oceanfront lot in Golden Beach sold for $24 million, and the head of a New York brokerage paid $8.1 million for a home.
