David Guetta is feelin’ the Indian Creek beat.

The acclaimed DJ and producer is in contract to buy a waterfront spec estate in the exclusive enclave that just hit the market for $69 million, The Real Deal has learned.

Guetta, who owns a unit at the Setai Miami Beach, sold his recorded-music catalog to Warner Music two years ago for about $100 million, according to Variety. At the time, he had sold 50 million records and his music had been streamed more than 14 billion times.

The award-winning French DJ is acquiring the nearly 16,000-square-foot, 12-bedroom mansion at 37 Indian Creek Island Drive in an off-market deal, sources told TRD. The 1.2-acre property, with 118 feet of water frontage, is under construction, according to the listing.

Developer Todd Michael Glaser and his partners are selling the home to Guetta. Glaser declined to comment.

Longtime “Sábado Gigante” host Don Francisco sold the Indian Creek property to Glaser, Jim Randall, Scott Robins and Jonathan Fryd for $23.8 million two years ago. They demolished the existing house and began building the spec mansion.

Nelson Gonzalez of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices EWM Realty is the listing agent. It hit the market for $69 million on Tuesday, likely already in contract, to record the sale on the Multiple Listing Service. Gonzalez declined to comment on the deal, but said he is the only agent involved.

The house is next door to Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner’s property, which they bought for $24 million in 2021.

Guard-gated Indian Creek is its own village, north of Miami Beach. Homeowners also include billionaire Carl Icahn, singer and songwriter Julio Iglesias, billionaire hedge funder Eddie Lampert, Hotels.com co-founder Bob Diener and car dealership mogul Norman Braman.
