DigitalBridge | Delray Beach
A digital infrastructure investment firm will move its headquarters to the Sundy Village mixed-use development in Delray Beach.
DigitalBridge, led by Marc Ganzi, leased 79,000 square feet at 100 Southeast First Avenue, where the firm will have more than 300 employees, according to the landlord’s news release. The tenant is expected to move after the Sundy Village building is completed in the fourth quarter of next year.
DigitalBridge is now based at 760 Park of Commerce Drive in Boca Raton.
Led by Todd Rosenberg and Todd Benson, Pebb is developing the 7-acre Sundy Village with 30,000 square feet of retail, 180,000 square feet of offices, 268 subterranean parking spots as well as a garage, according to the release. Pebb will preserve and restore six buildings completed in the early 1900s, including the oldest home in Delray Beach, Sundy House.
Completion of the first phase is expected in the third quarter.

Atlantic Pacific Companies | Boca Raton
Development firm Atlantic Pacific Companies will open a new Boca Raton office.
Atlantic Pacific leased 5,500 square feet at 6600 North Military Trail, an office campus owned by Pebb Enterprises and BH Group, according to the landlords’ news release. The tenant, which will have more than 20 employees at the new office, will move in the third quarter.
Atlantic Pacific will move from 622 Banyan Trail, also in Boca Raton.
Joe Freitas and John Criddle of CBRE, and Adam Starr of Pebb, represented the landlords.
Sky Jones of Blanca Commercial represented Atlantic Pacific.
Last year, Pebb and the Toledano family’s Aventura-based BH Group bought the 650,000-square-foot office campus, formerly known as the Office Depot headquarters, for $104 million. The pair are renovating some of the existing office space, while Pebb and Related Group plan to redevelop a portion of the complex with 500 multifamily units, a 36,700-square-foot gym, and 42,000 square feet of retail and restaurant buildings on outparcels.
Pebb is led by Ian Weiner.
ODP Corporation, Office Depot’s parent company, still leases a headquarters at the campus.
Vitas Healthcare, Aveva, Memorial Healthcare | Miramar
A pair of health care companies expanded their space at the Miramar Park of Commerce.
Hospice care provider Vitas Healthcare renewed its 9,300-square-foot lease at 3850 Executive Way and also signed a new lease for 24,500 square feet of flex office space at 10981 Marks Way for administrative operations, according to a Miramar Park of Commerce news release. Vitas, which has been a tenant at the office-industrial campus since 1995, leases a total of 120,000 square feet there.
Aveva Drug Delivery Systems expanded its existing lease with 24,500 square feet of warehouse space and 41,500 square feet of flex offices at 3200 Commerce Parkway. The company, which has been at Miramar Park of Commerce since 1995, now has a total of 167,000 square feet.
Memorial Healthcare System renewed its 73,600-square-foot lease for flex office space at
2900 Corporate Way and its 19,390-square-foot lease, also for flex offices, at 2954-2990 Executive Way, according to the release. In total, the public health care system has over 150,000 square feet at Miramar Park of Commerce.
Peter Apol and Ryan Goggins of Sunbeam Properties & Development represented Miramar Park of Commerce in the deals.
Sunbeam Properties, the real estate firm of the billionaire Ansin family, which also owns WSVN-Channel 7, developed and still owns Miramar Park of Commerce.
Twin Star Home | Boca Raton
An indoor and outdoor furniture store moved its headquarters from Delray Beach to Boca Raton.
Twin Star Home, led by Mark Gold, leased 15,500 square feet on the top floor at the four-story Boca Colony Two at 750 Park of Commerce Boulevard, according to the tenant’s broker. Twin Star Home moved from 1690 South Congress Avenue in Delray Beach.
Brady Titcomb of JLL represented Twin Star Home, and Mike Nathanson of Workspace Property Trust represented the landlords.
Boca Raton-based Workspace Property Trust owns Boca Colony Two, according to records.
Fuwa Fuwa Pancakes, Property Markets Group, more | Wynwood
Wynwood landlord Steve Rhodes scored a flurry of leases at his Wynwood buildings.
Fuwa Fuwa Pancakes, a Japanese pancake restaurant, took 1,300 square feet; alternative energy company Terra Energy took 2,500 square feet of office space, both at 2085 Northwest Second Avenue in Miami, according to a news release from the landlord’s deal broker. Terra Energy opened, and Fuwa Fuwa is expected to open in the second quarter.
Louivver Salon and tattoo shop Noble Art each opened in a 1,500-square-foot space at 2121 Northwest Second Avenue in Miami, the release says.
Also, Property Markets Group leased 1,300 square feet for a marketing office for its 10-story, 318-unit Society Wynwood apartment project, which is expected to be completed soon. Babe Pilates leased 1,300 square feet, where it is expected to open this summer or fall. PMG and Babe Pilates leased at 2121 Northwest Second Avenue.
Inhouse Commercial, led by Jared Robins, represented Rhodes in the deals.
Juici Patties | Hollywood
A Jamaican restaurant opened in Hollywood, as part of an expansion in Broward County.
Juici Patties leased 1,200 square feet at 5830 Hollywood Boulevard, according to the tenant’s spokesperson. Next, the restaurant will open at 5419 North University Drive in Lauderhill this month, and at 10041 Sunset Strip in Sunrise at a future undetermined date.
Records show an entity tied to Dania Beach-based Dacar Management owns the Hollywood strip mall where Juici Patties opened.
MODE | downtown Miami
Cocktail bar MODE opened in downtown Miami.
The venue leased 5,200 square feet at 2 South Miami Avenue, the former Burdines building, according to Traded and the tenant’s broker.
Oliver Silver of Aetna Realty, the New York-based firm that owns the building, represented the landlord. Sam Azar and Mika Mattingly of Colliers represented the tenant.
